4. Products and Pricing
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products (such as our 240W USB-C cables) to any person or geographic region. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
1. Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
3. Non-returnable items:
• Downloadable software products.
• Items not in original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error.
4. Shipping
To return your product, please contact us at info@tj-tecglobal.com to receive the return shipping address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs
5. Amazon Orders
For items purchased through Amazon.ca or Amazon.com, please initiate your return through the Amazon "Returns & Orders" section of your account to ensure compliance with Amazon's A-to-z Guarantee.
